Our Company was started in 2001. That time the market was occupied by foreign transportation companies, who came in 1992. Since the beginning of the nineties the market featured a strong demand for services of personal belongings’ transportations of embassies servants and middle and high ranked managers of foreign organizations that opened their missions in Russia.

In years from 1992 to 2000 foreigners were main clients of transportation companies. The major part of our national countrymen was unaware of this kind of services; and prices were too high.

The development of the market went on, and the successful Russian companies began using actively foreign transportation companies’ services. The Russian transportation companies went on working according to the “old fashion mode”: the quality of their services left much to be desired. As a general, they offered freight transportation and some loading workmen, who didn’t take any responsibility for their actions.

During those years founders of our Company accumulated a valuable experience, while they worked as managers in those foreign transportation companies. Every year we studied peculiarities of this business. We adopted the theoretical knowledge and practices: communicating style with a customer, the correct way of packaging, and the correct packaging materials and attachments; we realizes that we should render our services in such a way that our customer would stay satisfied so that he would give his recommendations to his friends to use our particular Company.
